Her Highness Restlessness pops up every now and then
I don’t know how to handle her or how to entertain
I keep her attending every now and then forget all my happiness
I welcome her guests’ anxiety and blame to entertain
Then Her Highness Restlessness stretches her arms, relaxes further
That’s when I give up my courage and then Fear takes over
Fear is so dear to Her Highness Restlessness, she embraces her so tight
Its then I don’t know what to do, I stop my efforts, to become alright
When I accept the victory of Her Highness Restlessness,
she invites guilt and anger...
It’s then I get caught in the prison of negative thoughts,
with a burden on my shoulder
Suddenly I get so tired struggling,
I fell so deep asleep
Where there is lot of rest, calmness,
I me and myself!
Then breath takes over, it makes me aware, Its my life, my precious empire
I am the Queen, I need to take charge,
take care, & happiness is my real treasure
I wake up with the determination so strong,
that I will correct what I did wrong
I dare to kick off her highness restlessness,
throw away her guests anxiety blame fear guilt and anger
I take back my power and just take off
To capture my dreams and aspirations
To live life fully
To appreciate my blessings
To conquer my life, my empire!
